About Sarah

I moved to Lansing in 2016, and have been active in the local community throughout the years. From attending community events, council meetings, participating in school and athletic events, I love calling Lansing home.

I was in the Air Force, I've owned a small business, I'm a home educator and I am a community activist, focused on making the voices of Lansing and Leavenworth County residents heard.

I have degrees from the U.S. Air Force Academy and Harvard University.

I believe that representative government must be accountable to the people.

I believe in fiscal responsibility, because the local government can only provide a successful future if it wisely stewards the resources it is given, rather than overspending and then overtaxing residents.

I believe citizens will thrive and businesses will come here if we have lower taxes and a regulatory environment that encourages and sustains business growth.

I am a committed Christian, a mother of three and have an incredible husband.

I will amplify everyday voices and create real change through community engagement, representing and respecting local values.
